Brief to launch
WEEK 1
A one-page brief: who it's for, what it must do on day one, and what can wait. Agreed before any screens.
WEEKS 1–2
Flows and screens in Figma on a small design system, so the build has fewer decisions left to guess.
WEEKS 2–6+
Front end and back end, by me. AI speeds up the typing; every change is still read, tested and checked in the browser.
LAUNCH & RUN
Deployed with a pipeline, so every release goes out the same way. Then I stay on it: fixes and the next features.
